Thorrn Micro Technologies Inc 的 Dan Schlitz 和 Vishal Singhal 經過多年努力, 研發出RSD5，是一種不同於傳統風扇的固態風扇( Solid-State Fan )，兼具省電、安靜、體積小、容易維護等多項特色。
正如其名，固態風扇上頭並沒有任何一個會動的元件，自然就少了風扇通常會有的惱人噪音。然而沒有會轉動的東西該如何讓空氣流動呢？簡單來說，RSD5 用不帶電的半圓柱狀導電板圍繞著一系列的電線，當電線通電時，電線與面板之間所產生的強大電場，便會帶動離子碰撞當中的空氣從電線往導電板方向移動，進而產生科學家稱之為「日冕風( Corona Wind )」的效應。

The Art Of A Good Marriage 美好婚姻的兿術
Happiness in marriage is not something that just happens.
A good marriage must be created.

Learning about Android
Google發表了一套以開放原始碼技術為基礎的行動電話軟體Android，並已取得全球無線產業數家公司(HTC、Samsung、LG)的支持。但Nokia、Apple、Palm 和 Microsoft 不在這個 33 間公司的名單中。

Cannon in D
我和我老婆都十分喜歡Pachelbel在1680年所作的"Canon in D major" (德文標題Kanon und Gigue in D-Dur für drei Violinen und Basso Continuo).
這首曲對我們來說很有意思.
我們拍拖前老婆第一次借給我看的電影"Classic" (假如愛有天意) 開頭是用George Winston専輯"December"中的改編自"Canon in D"的"Variations on the Kanon by Pachelbel".
我們的婚禮亦採用這歌曲作為我倆的進場曲.
我們度蜜月時在Keukenhof一片花海的河邊也聽到這首曲的小提琴版本=)
但什麼是"Cannon"(Kanon)? 這天在Wikipeida找到了它的原意.
它指的是復調音樂的一種寫作技法: 一個聲部的曲調自始至終追逐著另一聲部,直到最后...... 最后的一個小結，最后的一個和弦, 它們會融合在一起,永不分離, 是纏綿極至的音樂, 就像兩個人生死相隨......
願我和老婆也像這首樂曲一樣纏綿,永不分離...
